Corpshore AI

Corpshore AI

Your model is only as good as the data behind it.

Corpshore AI is the training data and evaluation division of Corpshore Solutions. We design and run data collection, annotation, evaluation and RLHF operations for AI teams across more than 18 countries and more than 35 languages.

Most AI programmes do not fail on architecture. They fail on the data operation underneath, which is slower, less glamorous and harder to staff than the modelling work above it. That operation is what we run. Collection design, annotation at scale, quality assurance, evaluation and the human feedback loops that keep a model honest after launch.

What we do

What services does Corpshore AI provide?

Corpshore AI provides six data services for AI teams: data collection and field capture, annotation and labelling at scale, model evaluation and RLHF operations, language data and machine translation post-editing, speech data collection and transcription. The sixth is physical AI capture for robotics.

What are you building?

Pick one. We will show you the parts of the pipeline that usually matter most for it.

Every service is listed in full below either way.

  • 01 Data collection and field capture

    What is AI data collection?

Data collection is the designed gathering of new material to train a model on, rather than scraping whatever already exists.

We write the capture protocol, recruit and train the people who execute it, handle consent and licensing, and run the field operation. Scripted or natural, studio or in the wild, one country or twenty.

    What we deliver
    • Capture protocol and scenario design
    • Participant recruitment and consent
    • Field teams and device logistics
    • Chain of custody and licensing records
  • 02 Annotation and labelling at scale

What does a data annotation company actually do?

Annotation is the work of marking up raw data so a model can learn from it, applying a defined ontology consistently across millions of items.

Bounding boxes, segmentation, keypoints, transcription, entity tagging, ranking and preference labelling. The hard part is not the first thousand items. It is item nine hundred thousand still matching the guideline written on day one.

    What we deliver
    • Ontology and guideline design
    • Annotator training and certification
    • Multi pass quality assurance
    • Throughput and accuracy reporting
  • 03 Evaluation and RLHF operations

Who provides RLHF and model evaluation services?

Evaluation is the structured testing of a model against tasks it will meet in production, and RLHF is reinforcement learning from human feedback, where people rank model outputs to teach it what good looks like.

We build the held out sets, staff the rater pools, calibrate them against each other then run red teaming and preference collection. Then we tell you which failures share a cause, which is the part that turns an evaluation into a plan.

    What we deliver
    • Held out and adversarial test set design
    • Rater pools with calibration and drift checks
    • Preference and ranking collection
    • Error clustering and gap analysis
  • 04 Language data and machine translation post-editing

Can you handle language data and translation?

Machine translation post-editing is human correction of machine translated text, to a defined quality bar, at a fraction of the cost of translating from scratch.

Native speakers, in country, working to a published style guide. We also build parallel corpora, terminology bases and evaluation sets for languages where none exist yet.

    What we deliver
    • Post-editing to light or full quality bars
    • Parallel corpus construction
    • Terminology and style guide development
    • Linguistic quality evaluation
  • 05 Speech data collection and transcription

Do you collect speech data in low resource languages?

Speech data is recorded audio paired with an accurate transcript, which is what a speech recognition or voice model learns from.

Scripted prompts, spontaneous conversation, call centre audio, far field and in vehicle capture. We work in languages and accents that general vendors decline, because our hubs are in the places those languages are actually spoken.

    What we deliver
    • Scripted and spontaneous speech capture
    • Accent and dialect balanced cohorts
    • Verbatim and clean transcription
    • Speaker and environment metadata
  • 06 Physical AI and robotics capture

What is physical AI data capture?

Physical AI data is recorded human activity, usually from a worn or mounted camera, used to teach robots and embodied systems how a task is actually performed.

Egocentric video, multi angle task recording, teleoperation traces and sensor logs. Real homes, real workshops, real warehouses, captured to a rig specification and a framing standard.

    What we deliver
    • Egocentric and multi angle capture
    • Rig specification and calibration
    • Task decomposition and scripting
    • Synchronised multi stream delivery

Where the work happens

Where in the world does Corpshore AI operate?

Corpshore AI operates across more than 18 countries in six regions: Africa, Asia Pacific, Central Asia and Türkiye, Europe, Latin America and the Caribbean, plus North America and the Gulf. Work is delivered from the region the language and the context belong to.

  • Yoruba

Deep pools for African languages that most vendors will not staff at all.

Work is delivered from the region it belongs to. A Swahili speech corpus is recorded by Swahili speakers in East Africa, not approximated somewhere cheaper.

How an engagement runs

How does a data programme actually start?

It starts with a scope call, then a small paid pilot against your real guidelines, then a scale up of the pilot team into a full programme. Most clients go from first call to production delivery inside six weeks.

  1. Day 1

    Scope call

Thirty minutes on what you are building, what data you have and where it falls short. You leave with a written view of the gap whether or not you work with us.

  2. Week 1 to 3

    Paid pilot

A small real delivery against your guidelines, with your quality bar and your acceptance criteria. The fastest honest way to test any vendor.

  3. Month 2 onward

    Scale up

The pilot team becomes the core of the programme team. Throughput steps up as new annotators certify against the same guidelines.

  4. Ongoing

    Steady state

Named programme manager, published throughput and accuracy reporting, plus a standing loop for guideline changes as your model moves.

Questions

What people ask before they get in touch

What is AI training data?

AI training data is the labelled material a model learns from, such as annotated images, transcribed audio or ranked text responses. Its quality sets the ceiling on how well a model can ever perform, which is why most serious programmes spend more on data than on compute.

What does an AI data annotation company do?

An AI data annotation company marks up raw data so a machine learning model can learn from it, applying a defined set of rules consistently at very large volume. The work includes designing those rules, training and certifying annotators, then running the quality assurance that keeps labelling consistent across millions of items.

Who provides RLHF services for AI teams?

Specialist data operations providers do, and Corpshore AI is one of them. RLHF means reinforcement learning from human feedback, where trained people rank or correct model outputs so the model learns what a good answer looks like.

How many languages can Corpshore AI work in?

More than 35, including low resource African, Central Asian and Southeast Asian languages that general vendors often decline. Native speakers work in the region the language is spoken, rather than the work being approximated from elsewhere.

Where in the world does Corpshore AI operate?

Across more than 18 countries in six regions: Africa, Asia Pacific, Central Asia and Türkiye, Europe, Latin America and the Caribbean, plus North America and the Gulf. Programmes can be delivered from one hub or split across several for language coverage or time zone reasons.

How do you keep annotation quality high at scale?

Through certification before an annotator touches production work, multiple review passes on sampled output, then continuous measurement against a gold set. Quality is reported as a number you can see rather than claimed as a standard.

What is the difference between data collection and data annotation?

Data collection creates new raw material, such as recording speech or capturing video that did not exist before. Data annotation adds the labels that make existing material learnable. Most programmes need both, and doing them together keeps the labels aligned to how the data was captured.

Can you collect speech data in low resource languages?

Yes. We record scripted and spontaneous speech in languages with little or no existing corpus, balanced across accents, ages and recording environments. It arrives with verbatim transcripts and speaker metadata.

How quickly can a data programme start?

A scope call happens within days and a paid pilot typically runs inside three weeks. Scaling a pilot team into a full programme usually takes a further four to six weeks, depending on how many languages and how much certification the work needs.

How do I get a quote for AI data services?

Book a scope call or email info@corpshore.ai with what you are building and roughly how much data you need. Pricing depends on modality, language, quality bar and volume, so an honest number needs a short conversation rather than a rate card.

Start with a conversation, not a contract.

Tell us what you are building and where the data falls short. You will get a written view of the gap and a straight answer on whether we are the right people for it.
